This participative workshop will give you an insight into the correct means of maintaining acceptable standards of behaviour and performance at your place of work.
On completion of the course, you will understand the implications for ensuring that your disciplinary processes are legally compliant. You will also be aware of 'fair' and 'unfair' reasons for dismissal and the processes you need to follow so that you act reasonably and fairly.
Using a combination of 'chalk and talk', group discussion and case studies, this course will help you to reduce the employment risks associated with discipline and dismissal.
