Membership Applicants
We're really pleased that you're interested in becoming a member of PLASA.
As you'll be aware we have fairly stringent membership criteria, aimed at raising the status of PLASA membership as a standards hallmark recognised by customers the world over.
To be eligible for membership, all Business, Educational and Affiliate Company Members must meet the criteria below: if you don't have some of the essential policies required, you can request these template documents for £50 per document, or £150 for all four.
Once you have implemented these policies, you can then apply for membership. Once you have been accepted, we will deduct the amount you spent on template documents from your first year's membership fee.
To be a member of PLASA, you must demonstrate the following:
- Financial viability
- Good payment and client service record
- Full insurance cover
- Products and services fully compliant with current legislation
- Ethical approach to business
- Health & Safety Policies and Procedures - request template
- Employment Contracts for all full-time personnel - request template
- Equal Opportunities Policy - request template
- Staff Development Commitment - request template
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to arrange payment and to arrange for the templates to be e-mailed direct to you.
