Installing and Maintaining Audio Visual Systems
The Audio Visual NVQ is aimed at those practising in the professional audio-visual installation industry. It is for those involved at a site supervision level in areas from simple presentation systems to complex integrated boardrooms, as well as electronic signage and display applications. Candidates are expected to demonstrate that they have appropriate knowledge and skills in their field, including installation practices and methods and also the theory behind the systems being installed. Safe working practices and appropriate health and safety knowledge also form part of the qualification.
