PLASA Elections for 2010 Executive
The election for places on PLASA's Executive Committee is now underway with the organisation looking for nominations from across its worldwide Business membership.
The Elections come at a key time for the organisation which has an ambitious strategy for the years ahead: in addition to running successful event, media and qualifications divisions, PLASA is currently bidding to be the industry's band manager and has recently announced its intention to merge with ESTA, the US trade association.
Those who sit on the Executive Committee will play a central role in shaping these initiatives, influencing the direction of the organisation and acting as important advocates for the wider membership.
For 2010 there are four places available on the Executive - three covering a three-year term and one for a single-year term. The closing date for nominations will be 5pm on Friday 13 November.
